    • Quality and safety:

    1. SINOMA has esteablished a quality control system according to the stringent requirements from both enterprise management system (ISO9001, ISO14000) and industrial standard (ISO9809, ISO11439, ISO17258, ISO5099, etc.). We are one of the few that first gained Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Licencsing of China and obtained the certificate issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the P.R.C (AQSIQ), qualified to manufacture B1 and B3 grade pressure vessels.

    2. Each new type of cylinders before mass production has to pass type tests held in qualified laboratories approved by third party inspector (TUV, CSEI for example), including bend test, drop test, hydrostatic test, etc. according to relevant standards.

    3. Every batch of cylinders (200 pieces as one batch normally) are manufactured and tested under supervision of local special equipment inspection and research institute and then issued batch test report.

    4. Each finished cylinder before delivery to customers has to pass leakage test to ensure no leakage occurs.
